Admission Procedure
- We request parents to share details by filling up the enquiry form online or by visiting the school.
- Admission desk will arrange an appointment with you, for one to one counselling session and a school tour.
- Post the counselling session with the admission team, parents will be guided to procure the Admission form for Rs.100/- from the school office.

Kindly fill in the admission form only after thoroughly reading it and submit to
the Admission office before the last date along with the attested photocopies of:
- Duly filled & signed Admission form (Same details will be reflected on LC).
- Birth Certificate of the student.
- Aadhaar Card of the child (if not available, you are requested to apply for the same and submit to the admissions officer by the beginning of the academic year).
- Aadhaar Card of both parents.
- Report card of the student of the last year (if available).
- Medical Report (if any past history).
- Passport size photograph of the child and both the parents.
- Original Leaving Certificate (on confirmation of admission).
- Address proof
- Kindly ensure that the admission form is complete in all respects to facilitate the admission procedure. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted before last date. In case of any doubts, clarifications, please feel free to call our help desk during office hours.
- After the interaction, you will be notified by telephone regarding the admission status.
- Once your child has been granted admission, you will be required to confirm the seat by paying the applicable fees as advised by the Admissions Office within a period of 5 working days.

Age Eligibility,
for admission in KAKSHA School, as per Government norms the child must have
the following age
- Play Group - 1.5 to 2 year
- Nursery - 3 year
- Jr. KG - 4 year
- Sr. KG - 5 year
- Grade I - 6 year
- Grade II - 7 year so on

The student strength in each class is restricted to:
- 22-25 in Playgroup and Nursery classes.
- 25 - 30 in Jr. KG and Sr. KG.
- 25 - 30 for Grade I to Grade II.
- Play Group - 09.00 AM to 12.30 PM. (Saturday will be holiday)
- Nursery - 09.00 AM to 01.00 PM.
- Jr. KG & Sr. KG - 09.00 AM to 01.30 PM.
- Grade I to IV - 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM.
- Grade V to VII - 08.00 AM to 03.00 PM.
June to March
- Refinement of manners, habits of obedience, neatness in appearance, dress, oiled hair (pony tail for girls), trimmed nails and punctuality are required at all time.
- Students shall be responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. As a precautionary measure, it is suggested that they have their names inscribed on articles like tiffin carriers, umbrellas, school bag, shoes, pencil box and pencils.
- It is not advisable for the students to wear gold ornaments or to bring other valuable articles to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such articles belonging to students.
- Any damage caused to the school property is punishable according to the nature of the offence. Lost and found articles should be deposited in the office.
- Tiffin schedule should be followed strickly.
- Bakery items are strictly prohibited such as bread, chocolate biscuits etc.
- The active cooperation of parents with the school is an essential prerequisite for the welfare of the students. They should encourage children to participate in all the activities and school functions.
- Parents are required to check into their children’s school diary every day and ensure that the lessons and H/W assigned are completed.
- Remarks made in the C/W should be acknowledged and countersigned regularly by the parents.
- If you feel that your child is not making the desired progress, please make it a point to discuss it with respective class teacher (In open house).
- Criticism of a teacher or school in the presence of the students should be avoided.
- Parents are expected to participate regularly in school functions and meetings especially when they are invited.
- Parents are requested to inform the school regarding any change in address or phone number.
- Parents are requested to send their children on time.
- Presence of every child in prayer assembly is compulsory.
- Please ensure and encourage your child to take part in all activities of the school.
- Parents must attend the open house meeting to get an update on their child’s academic progress and conduct. Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during teaching hours. Parents can meet the class teachers on Saturdays after schoolhours (12:30 to 1.30 pm) with prior appointment. Parents can communicate with the class teacher through Email.
- Phone calls to the teacher cannot be done during class hours. You may leave your message at the office and call between 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm for a response.
- Your child safety is our responsibility.
- Parents are requested to collect the progress report of the ward on the dates announced by the School after every examination.
- In case a duplicate report card is asked for, it will be Issued against payment of Rs. 250.
- Any change in address or telephone number must be intimated to the school. For any queries regarding bus fees, school fees etc., kindly contact the office during office hours 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
- Class-teacher should be intimated in prior if child is taking leave with a leave letter.
- Child has to be in school perimses 15minutes before for assembly. Three late excuses if it exceed the child will be fined.
- Prior intimation is mandatory if any new person is coming to pick up the child. Parents have to fill the escorting form for the child with their photos.
- Any Suggestion/Complaints kindly put down a letter In box.
